1.0 Description
 
Commodity: Sodium acid pyrophosphate  (SAPP 28) 
White is designed for using in a wide range of food application: buffer, leaven, modifier, emulsifier. 
CAS:  7758-16-9 
Standard:  E 450 / US FCC , Food Grade    
1. As a highly effective leavening agent, it is widely applied to roast foodstuffs, instant noodles, crackers and cakes.
2. As a water- preservation agent, it may applied to canned fishes or canned meat, ham and cheese etc..
3. It also play an important function in protecting processed potatoes from unattractive discoloration.

Packing:  It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. 
Storage and Transport:  It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
