When there is a trace of moisture or acid in the polyurethane system, it will react with isocyanate to produce CO2, which will cause bubbles in the product and affect the bonding strength. The molecular sieve activation powder with dispersion and fast adsorption ability can be added to the polyurethane system, which can be directly applied to the production as an adsorbent with selective adsorption to effectively remove trace moisture and other small molecule impurities from the material to avoid bubbles, which may cause lines or surface roughness in the next step of production. Molecular sieve activation powder has excellent dispersibility and can be perfectly compatible with existing commonly used polyether, isocyanate and polyol. HX activation powder series have low impurity content and uniform particle size, so that the adhesive can avoid clogging during gun operation.
