It is obtained by solvent extraction, centrifugation and alcohol washing. Granular soybean lecithin on the market is the phospholipid precipitated from soybean oil during degumming, and then processed and dried. Pure soybean lecithin is a brownish yellow waxy solid, easy to absorb water and turn into brownish black colloid, easy to oxidize, gradually changing from brownish yellow to brownish yellow; Soybean lecithin contains lecithin and cephalin, which can delay aging and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
